What is your delivery charge?
Please find delivery charges on the individual product Delivery Information pages.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Most parcels will not have to be signed for but orders over £20 which are sent in one parcel may need a signature.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Once you place an order, ordered products are made especially for you, therefore it is not possible for these products to be sent back.

Placing an order

What payment methods do you take?
At the moment, PayPal is the only available method of payment.

When will the payment be taken?
When you have pressed the final button on the PayPal form, the money will be taken out of your account immediately.

Can I talk to someone first?
Please contact us if you would like to speak to someone. Unfortunately, telephone communication is not currently available.

Other helpful questions

My item has arrived but it's faulty. What should I do?
Every item is made by me from beginning to end and every product is quality checked before shipping, but if you do receive a faulty item, please contact us.

My order hasn't arrived...
On very rare occasions things can be delayed or misplaced during transport. If your item doesn’t arrive on time please contact us. Please allow 10 working days for UK orders, 25 working days for European orders and 35 working days for orders outside Europe. Until this time frame is up, the post office does not consider the item as lost. Please note if your order hasn’t arrived and you notice you’ve made an error when filling in your address you will not be reimbursed for the lost parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been put into work you may not be able to cancel the order.

I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email...
You should receive a payment confirmation from PayPal immediately. If you do not receive this email, please check your PayPal account to ensure the payment has been processed. If you're worried that your order hasn’t gone through, please contact us.

Can't find what you're looking for?
If you’re looking for something specific please contact us and I might be able to help. Most of the products on this website can be made in any of the fabrics on display and sizes can be changed to fit your needs (as long as the fabric is not discontinued).
