What is your delivery charge?

Where do you deliver to?
Katie L Thompson Designs delivers to most places. If your destination isn’t showing at checkout, please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com and I will see what I can do.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Most parcels will not have to be signed for but orders over £20 which are sent in one parcel may need a signature.


Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Once you place an order, ordered products are made especially for you, therefore it is not possible for these products to be sent back.


What payment methods do you take?
At the moment, PayPal is the only available method of payment.

When will the payment be taken?
When you have pressed the final button on the PayPal form, the money will be taken out of your account immediately.

Can I talk to someone first?
Please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com if you would like to speak to someone. Unfortunately, telephone communication is not currently available.


My item has arrived but it's faulty. What should I do?
Every item is made by me from beginning to end and every product is quality checked before shipping, but if you do receive a faulty item, please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com.

My order hasn't arrived...
On very rare occasions things can be delayed or misplaced during transport. If your item doesn’t arrive on time please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com. Please allow 10 working days for UK orders, 25 working days for European orders and 35 working days for orders outside Europe. Until this time frame is up, the post office does not consider the item as lost. Please note if your order hasn’t arrived and you notice you’ve made an error when filling in your address you will not be reimbursed for the lost parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com to make contact as soon as possible. If your order has already been put into work you may not be able to cancel the order.

I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email...
You should receive a payment confirmation from PayPal immediately. If you do not receive this email, please check your PayPal account to ensure the payment has been processed. Please note, you will not receive a confirmation email from Katie L Thompson Designs. I will send you a delivery dispatch email once your order has been dispatched. If you're worried that your order hasn’t gone through, please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com.

Can't find what you're looking for?
If you’re looking for something specific please email katielthompsondesigns@hotmail.com and I might be able to help. All products on this website can be made in any of the fabrics on display and sizes can be changed to fit your needs (as long as the fabric is not discontinued).
