Katie L Thompson Designs delivers to most places. If your destination isn’t showing at checkout, please use the contact form below and I will see what I can do.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Most parcels will not have to be signed for but orders over £20 which are sent in one parcel may need a signature.


Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Once you place an order, ordered products are made especially for you, therefore it is not possible for these products to be sent back.



At the moment, PayPal is the only available method of payment.


When you have pressed the final button on the PayPal form, the money will be taken out of your account immediately.


Please use the contact form at the bottom of the page if you need to speak to someone. Unfortunately, telephone communication is not currently available.



Every item is made by me from beginning to end and every product is quality checked before shipping, but if you do receive a faulty item, please send me a message using the contact form at the bottom of the page.


On very rare occasions things can be delayed or misplaced during transport. If your item doesn’t arrive on time please contact me using the contact form at the bottom of the page. Please allow 10 working days for UK orders, 25 working days for European orders and 35 working days for orders outside Europe. Until this time frame is up, the post office does not consider the item as lost.

Please note if your order hasn’t arrived and you notice you’ve made an error when filling in your address you will not be reimbursed for the lost parcel.


If you need to cancel your order for any reason please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to make contact as soon as possible. If your order has already been put into work you will not be able to cancel the order.


Confirmation emails are not generated automatically. Emails are sent out manually and may take a little while. If you are worried that your order hasn’t gone through, please contact me using the form at the bottom of the page.


If you’re looking for something specific please send me an email and I might be able to help. All products on this website can be made in any of the fabrics on display and sizes can be changed to fit your needs. Please use the contact form at the bottom of the page.
