Katie L Thompson Designs does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. This is because every item is made to order especially for you.



Please note delivery charges differ depending on which item you buy and how many items you purchase. The make time is not included in the following tables. Make time is 1-3 working days for most items. Wallets and aprons have a make time of 5-7 workings days, as do items where the fabric is not in stock. If you need items in a hurry, please let me know.













Katie L Thompson Designs will always try to meet stated delivery times but on rare occasions this may not be possible. Delivery is dependent on a third party courier. Any delays incurred by the courier cannot be predicted or controlled.

World Zone 1 covers areas such as America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

World Zone 2 includes Australia, Fiji and New Zealand.


Delivery costs are cumulative so if you’re in the UK and you buy three pencil cases you will be charged £1.25 (x3) = £3.75, if I take it to the post office to send and postage and packing only comes to £2.00 I will refund the excess £1.75. If you would like to purchase multiple items and need to know the cost of postage before you place the order, please use the contact form below. Katie L Thompson Designs does not intend to make a profit out of the delivery charges.


Katie L Thompson Designs delivers to most places. If your destination isn’t showing at checkout, please use the contact form below and I will see what I can do.


When you place your order, you have the choice to set a separate delivery address to your billing address. Please fill in alternative addresses here. If you wish to change your address after the order has been placed please use the contact form below. Please note after your order has been placed it may not be possible for these changes to be made. Orders which do not arrive due to the customer filling their address in incorrectly will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged.


Orders are sent as untracked via Royal Mail to keep postage prices to a minimum but proof of postage is always retained. UK orders are sent via first class post. Please allow five working days for orders to Europe and seven workings days to places outside Europe after your order has been marked as shipped. Orders over £20 may be sent as tracked and signed for.


Email updates will be given until the order has been dispatched. Due to postage costs, your order cannot be tracked after dispatch.


Most parcels will not have to be signed for but orders over £20 which are sent in one parcel may need a signature.
